Today, we’ll show you how to add your services on FixHaven as a provider.
✅ First Make Sure You’re Signed Up
If you haven’t signed up yet, please complete the signup process as a Company or Worker/Handyman.
Once your account is approved, come back here to continue.
Before adding your services, you need to set up your Time Slots and Service Addresses
Login – Log into your app.
Go to Profile – navigate to profile section.
📅 Add Time Slots
To set when you’re available for work:
1. Go to Profile > Time Slots
2. Tap the pencil icon (top right) to edit
3. Tap on time blocks when you’re available (blue = available, e.g. 8:00am – 9:00pm)
4. Use “Copy To” to apply the same hours to other days, then click Save
📍Add Service Addresses
Follow this steps to add your Service addresses:
1) Go to Profile > Service Addresses
2) Tap the plus icon (top right) to add
3) Enter the name of a city where you offer services
4) Tap Add to save. NB. You can switch cities on or off as needed
🛠️Add a Service
How to Add Your Service Correctly:
1. Go to Profile > Select “Services”
2. Upload Real Photos
Upload clean, high-quality photos of your actual work.
❌ No stock images or AI-generated images.
✅ Only use real photos you personally took.
3. Add a Service Name
- Use a single, clear name (e.g. Gate Installation).
- ❌ Do not combine services in one name (e.g. Gate Installation & Repair).
- To offer related services:
- Use “Addon Services” for smaller tasks linked to the main service.
- Use “Packages” to group related services into one.
4. Select a Category
Choose the most relevant category for your service.
If needed, you can also select a subcategory.
5. Choose Service Addresses
Tick or select the specific addresses where this service is available.
6. Set an Average Price
Enter a realistic average price for your service.
- You can charge up to 90% extra if the job is more complex — but you must inform the client upfront.
- ❌ Do not enter fake or misleading prices (e.g. R1 or R45).
- Fixhaven does not use quotes, we rely on clear average prices.
- Violating this rule will lead to removal of your service, and repeated violations will result in account deactivation.
7. Write a Clear Service Description
Do not try to combine unrelated services into one or bypass the system rules.
Keep it clear and focused.
❌ Do not use vague or mixed descriptions like:
“We do cleaning: 450 Quick Clean, 500 for Deep Clean”
If you have multiple variations or extra options, add them under Addons.
8. Switch on Time Slot
Switch on time slot toggle to on, if you leave it off it means you are available 24/7
That’s it, your service will be live, however it will be audited and someone might contact you if there are any corrections needed or violations
