Important Note:
All handymen must be linked to a registered provider. This means you need to select a company/provider and work under them to use Fixhaven as a handyman(technician, artis an etc).
Hey guys! Today, I’m going to show you how to sign up on Fixhaven as a handyman under a provider.
First, go to the Play Store / Apple App Store / Huawei App Gallery and search for Fixhaven. Look for the app that says Provider App, then download it. Don’t forget to leave a 5-star review!
Once it’s installed, open the app and click on Sign Up. Now, let’s fill in your details
First Name – Enter your first name.
Surname – Type in your last name.
Username – Use your company name as one word, with no spaces.
Email – Enter your email where you’ll receive Fixhaven notifications.
Cell Number – Enter your phone number without the first zero.
Designation – Set this to Your Profession e.g. Plumber.
User Role – Choose Handyman.
Select Provider – Select Company/Provider to work under.
Commission – Select Employee – Manual Pay (means you’ll be paid by your provider).
Password – Choose a strong 8 to 12 characters long password you’ll remember.
Agree to the Terms & Services, then double-check all your details.
Once everything looks good, click Sign Up.
Now, just wait for admin approval. You’ll receive an email once you’re approved—then you can log in and start using Fixhaven!
After logging in, follow these steps to verify your ID & Driver’s License:
- Go to your profile and click on Verify ID.
- Select Document → Choose Passport or ID, then upload a clear image of it.
- Select Document Again → Choose Driver’s License, then upload an image of your license.
- [Optional] Select Document Again → Choose NHBRC Registration Certificate, then upload your NHBRC certificate.
Make sure all images are clear and legible for quick verification!
